• Please dispose of your garbage at the recycling station. This is located opposite the reception. The containers for the individual recyclables are clearly marked. Please consider the costs that will have to be passed on to you if the waste is handed over unsorted. Bringing household waste or leaving bulky waste will result in being expelled from the site.

• There is no option for disposing of organic waste.

• The allocated parking space is available to you from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and the accommodation from 3:00 p.m.

• Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you do not start dismantling the tent and caravan before 7:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please vacate the pitch by 12:00 p.m. and the accommodation by 11:00 a.m. Of course, you can also use our camping park until 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure by arrangement; we will then only charge you the parking space fees.

• After you have successfully checked in online and provided the correct license plate number, you can drive yourself through the barrier to your parking space from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• Arrivals with booked accommodation (chalet/Heidjerhaus) will receive the key at reception between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you arrive later, please notify us by phone or email.

• Our modern swimming pond (see keyword -> swimming pond) is located on the left side of the site at the end of Hermann-Löns-Weg.

• The Örzte runs along the tent meadow and there is a small sandy beach by the soccer field.

If you receive visitors, please register them at reception in advance. You can find the fee in the current price list . Guests are not allowed to bring dogs.

• On the day of your departure you will find the outstanding amount in your self-service area (see keyword -> self-service area), which you can pay there directly via PayPal. It can be paid at reception with EC or credit card.

• You will find the corresponding final invoice in your self-service area after full payment.

• When setting up vehicles and tents, a distance of 300cm must be maintained to ensure fire protection. The routes must be accessible to the fire brigade at all times (500cm route width).

You are welcome to order your rolls a few days before your arrival in your self-service area (see -> keyword self-service area). There you can view, change or add to your order at any time. Please pick up the rolls for the day from reception from 8:00 a.m.

• Our fully equipped camper kitchen in shower house 3 is available to our guests. Here you can cook, eat, be together and/or use the professional hooded dishwasher (see keyword -> hooded dishwasher). We ask that you leave everything clean and complete so that other guests can also enjoy it.

• Please use your own cloths, dishwashing brushes, tea towels, etc. For hygiene reasons we cannot provide these.

• Our chalets are designed and equipped for two, four and six people. The bedroom is equipped with a bed measuring 140 x 200cm and the other two rooms with two beds measuring 70 x 190cm.

• All beds are made upon arrival.

• There is one large and one small towel per person. A basic supply of toilet paper, facial tissues, soap dispensers and a hairdryer are available.

• All chalets have a gas hob and a small fridge. The ovens and the professional hooded dishwasher in the camper kitchen in shower house 3 are welcome to use.

• The kitchen in the chalet is equipped with a toaster, coffee machine, kettle as well as cutlery, dishes and glasses, pots and various kitchen utensils.

• Dogs are only allowed in the corresponding chalets.

We do not offer permanent or seasonal parking spaces. But since it is so beautiful here, you can visit us as a guest and book directly here.

Three days before arrival you will receive an email from us asking you to check in online before arrival. In addition to the link to the self-service area, this email also contains the link to the digital guest directory. In this you will find various important information, suggestions and ideas for shopping, sights and leisure activities and restaurant tips.

• The use of our sanitary facilities is included in the price.

• Nevertheless: water is precious! Use it sparingly.

• In our mini market at reception you will find some everyday items and delicious, partly regional products to satisfy your small hunger.

• You can find the nearest supermarket here: Rewe, Celler Str. 1, 29308 Winsen (Aller)

• E-Center Zippel, Roggenkamp 11, 29308 Winsen (Aller), approx. 15 minutes by bike, has even more choice

• There are other stores in our town: Aldi, Lidl, Hagebau Kompakt (hardware store), Tedi, Takko etc.

Two charging stations for our guests' electric cars are located in the gravel parking lot at the main building on the right in front of the barrier. Please contact reception if necessary.

• Koffer mit Materialien für die erste Hilfe (nicht frei zugänglich) befinden sich in der Rezeption, am Schwimmteich und auf den Birkenhof.

• Please dispose of gray water in the designated sinks opposite the reception, in front of the garbage station, at the disposal station on the mobile home parking space or at the pillar of a booked comfort space. Allowing wastewater to seep away is not permitted.

• For the disposal of faeces, there is a chemical toilet in each shower house and the CamperClean in shower house 3.

• Please note that your cassette is automatically emptied, cleaned and filled with a biodegradable sanitary liquid in an environmentally friendly and resource-saving manner. No further steps are required on your part!

• If your cassette is not compatible with the CamperClean, please contact reception.

You can rent e-bikes and trekking bikes, children's bikes and bicycle trailers from us at reception. We would be happy to recommend some bike tours to you using the “Outdooraktive” app. You can find these here.

Grilling is generally permitted, but only in a designated grill. Campfires are permitted at the official campfire site. Further information is available at reception.

• In the camper kitchen in shower house 3 there is a professional appliance for washing your dishes and cookware.

• The dishwasher takes some time to be ready for use. When the time comes, it will be displayed.

• Please place your dishes in the baskets provided and first rinse off any coarse dirt and food residue using the hand shower on the sink.

• Now open the hood, push the basket into the washing compartment and close the hood. The machine starts immediately.

• DANGER! Please do not add detergent under any circumstances. The machine has everything it needs.

• Depending on the program, the rinsing process takes a maximum of five minutes.

• The machine indicates when it is finished. Please only open the hood then.

• The dishes can be removed and returned to their place.

• Three socially acceptable dogs (excluding dangerous dogs within the meaning of Section 7 of the Lower Dog Act) per pitch and in the chalets provided for this purpose are welcome on our campsite.

• Dear dog owners, please remember that there are many children and adults who are afraid of dogs. Please only keep your dog on a leash and do not let him run free, not even on your pitch.

• Dog fences may only be set up after consultation.

• If your dog does its business on the campsite, please remove it immediately. If you don't have a bag available, you can find one at the swimming pond, beach, dog run and in the recycling area.

• Please be particularly considerate of children, for whom a dog can be very dangerous.

Young people under the age of 18 are only permitted to stay if accompanied by a legal guardian.

We strive to offer games and fun activities for children during the summer holidays. An indoor toddler playroom is located in the main house next to the camper's kitchen, a table tennis table and table football are available in the tent, various outdoor play and climbing equipment, a soccer field and a volleyball field are available for use. We welcome children who make friends with other children and explore the area together on foot or by bike.

• With special consideration for our younger guests, vehicles may only be moved on marked paths and only at a walking pace of 5 km/h. Paths and access roads must always be kept clear. Please avoid unnecessary journeys by car.

• Only one motorized vehicle is permitted per parking space. Additional vehicles can only be accepted if they are registered and there is enough space. The parking space costs €3.50/day.

• Vans and trucks are only permitted by prior arrangement. Mopeds and scooters are not allowed on the site.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

• The peace and quiet of our guests is particularly important to us. If you disturb the night's sleep, we will unfortunately be forced to expel you.

• The quiet times are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The rest times must be observed in the interest of all guests.

• Vehicle traffic on the site should be avoided during this time. You can make an emergency call using the emergency call button at reception. If there is an urgent reason to leave the site during the rest period, this is of course possible after consultation with the local campsite management or if there is imminent danger. To do this, please press the info button at reception

• The sauna with relaxation room and terrace are located in the shower house

• Children and young people under the age of 18 are only allowed to enter the rooms under the supervision and guidance of an adult accompanying them. The door from the hallway of the service house to the wellness area must be kept closed.

• The use of the sauna is the guest's own responsibility. There is no supervision or guidance from the operator.

• The guest is responsible for assessing his abilities and state of health when using the sauna.

• A red call button for help in an emergency is located inside the sauna. There is no emergency if the code for the lockers is forgotten. In this case, please call 05143 / 6661803 or 0172 / 1508357 during reception opening hours.

• There is no dress code.

• We ask that you do not let children play in the showers unsupervised while you are visiting the sauna. On the one hand, the risk of accidents is high and, on the other hand, the water consumption is immense.

• The special thing about our swimming pond is the water treatment. There are no chemicals or chlorine used because the water is treated in a natural way according to the latest standards.

• A balanced system with special gravel substrates, special plant filters and modern pump technology guarantees very good water quality with high hygienic standards. The natural swimming pond combines clear, clean water that doesn't sting your eyes with the comfort of a familiar swimming pool.

• If bathing water is not disinfected, an increased risk to human health from pathogens cannot be ruled out. This risk increases as bathing activity increases.

• The water depth in the swimmers' area is a maximum of 1.35 m and is 21 m long. This makes the pond also suitable for athletic swimmers.

• Bathing is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard.

• Children under 15 are only permitted to stay if accompanied by their parents.

• The entrance gate must be kept closed at all times to prevent children from being unsupervised.

Immediately after your booking you will receive an email from us with the reservation confirmation. This email contains the link to the self-service area. There you can manage your payments and order your fresh bread rolls for the first or all days of your vacation in good time before the start of your trip.

The following cancellation fees apply to all bookings and all booking options:

• For cancellations up to 43 days before arrival: processing fee of 15.00 euros

• for cancellations 42 to 29 before arrival: 25 percent of the confirmed total price,

• for cancellations 28 to 15 days before arrival: 50 percent of the confirmed total price,

• for cancellations 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80 percent of the confirmed total price,

• For cancellations 2 days before arrival up to the booked arrival day: 90 percent of the confirmed total price. The decisive factor for determining the time of cancellation is the time at which we receive the declaration of cancellation. You are free to provide proof that the claim did not arise or did not arise to the required amount, for example as a result of the property being re-rented in whole or in part.

Water taps may not be changed for reasons of hygiene. The fittings must not be fitted with attachments. Disposing of wastewater at the water points is strictly prohibited. Violations can lead to expulsion.

• The washing machines and dryers are located in each shower house.

• The machines can be used either via the app: appwash from Miele. This requires downloading the app, registering and topping up credit. The availability of the devices can be checked in advance directly from the parking space. It is possible to book a machine at a specific desired time. Payment is made via the app and any unused credit will be refunded.

• Or the machine can be selected and booked directly at the terminal in the laundry room. Payment is made by debit/credit card as well as contactless via smartphone, smartwatch, etc.

Motorhomes are permitted on all pitches.

The motorhome port in front of the barrier is reserved for short vacationers with motorhomes for one or two nights. The parking spaces can also be accessed outside of the barrier opening times if you have booked online. The infrastructure of the entire square is available for you to use.

Bicycles can be taken to the campsite. If you arrive by car, we ask you to book a parking space in front of the barrier (3.50 euros/day)

Setting up additional tents on a pitch is only possible by arrangement. Fire protection must always be guaranteed.
