Your tasks and development

Taking into account your individual qualifications and strengths, you will take on interesting and varied tasks in which you can fully utilize your skills.

Supported by regular training, we will assign you to at least two positions so that you can respond flexibly to the needs of our guests.

The campsite management is your local contact and will personally guide you through your daily work.

Working hours & remuneration:

We document your working hours with electronic time recording.

Overtime is compensated with time off or paid out, depending on the type of employment.

We always pay your salary on time, approximately five days before the end of the month.

Leisure time & vacation:

You have one day off per working week.

If you work a full year, you are entitled to five full weeks of vacation—more than the legal requirement. (Even if you can't take your vacation during the high season, you shouldn't miss out on it!)

What possibilities are there for you in our company?
Continuous employment with strong seasonal fluctuations

You are looking for a long-term, permanent job and you want to be one of the mainstays of the team. Overtime in spring and summer will be reduced in autumn and winter.

Full time 40 hours per week | Part time 30/20 hours per week | Minijob 10 hours per week

Permanent living inside of the facility is possible for the management, the employees usually live in the region.

We pay fair, market conform salaries that reflect individual qualification, experience and responsibility.
Seasonal employment with continuous division

For those who would like to support us for one season, we offer following seasonal possibilities.

Employment ends at the end of the camping season.

Staying at the campsite for the season is possible for seasonal staff from outside on request.

We pay fair, market conform salaries that reflect individual qualification, experience and responsibility.
Flexible employment with flexible division

Students, pupils, pensioners and employees who want to support the team in season A and B.

There is an individual agreement.

Minijob 10 hours per week

Staying at the campsite for a season is possible for flexible employees from outside on request.
