Contract Cancellation

 

Please note: This applies only to gift vouchers purchased directly from us.

For gift vouchers purchased online, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with §§ 312g and 355 German Civil Code (BGB). This means:

​

• You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

• During this period, the voucher must generally not have been fully redeemed.

 

However, this right expires once the voucher has been used, in whole or in part, for the booking of a campsite or another leisure service with a fixed date or period.

Bookings for campsites generally cannot be cancelled or withdrawn from (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).
