Important: We do not offer public swimming; the outdoor pool in the municipality of Winsen is available for this purpose. Pure nature: water treatment without chemicals What makes our swimming pond special is its natural water treatment system. We do not use any chemicals or chlorine! Highest quality: A balanced system with special gravel substrates, plant filters, and modern pump technology guarantees excellent water quality that meets high hygiene standards. Bathing comfort: The natural swimming pond combines clear, clean water that does not sting the eyes with the comfort of a familiar swimming pool. Sports, recreation, and nature experiences The pond is ideal for both sports and relaxation: Sport swimming: The water depth in the swimming area is max. 1.35 m, with a length of 21 m. This makes the pond suitable for sport swimmers. Nature observation: There are separate plant zones on the banks. With a little luck, you can make interesting nature observations here. Important information about the natural pool Natural: The swimming pond is operated naturally and is not heated – look forward to refreshing bathing pleasure in its purest form! Biofilm (harmless): In a natural swimming pond, microorganisms take care of the cleaning. This can cause a fine, slippery biofilm to form on the walls or floor. This is a normal part of the natural cycle, poses no health risks, and is a sign that the ecosystem is in balance. The natural facility, with its high recreational and experiential value, blends harmoniously into the camping park and the charming landscape. Bathing rules Please take note that you bath at your own risk, there is no bathing supervision. In order to guarantee bathing quality, there are following rules: Children only accompanied by their parents! Please have a shower before bathing! The consumption of food is not allowed! Objects made of glass are forbidden! Smoking is not permitted! Bicycles are unwanted in the swimming area! Dogs are not allowed! Do not enter the regeneration area and bank zone! Do not bath with infectious diseases, wounds or rashes! Access to the swimming pool only by pool ladder! Babies have to wear bathing trunks or swim nappies! There is danger of slipping on wet boardwalks and stones! Boardwalks may only be entered barefoot! Please dispose of your waste in the waste containers! The reservation of the loungers is allowed for a maximum of 30 minutes! Note The water is not cleaned with disinfectants, but via natural regeneration areas and plant filters. Because of no disinfection of the bathing water, an increased risk for human health caused by pathogens can not be excluded. This risk increases with the increase of bathing activity.

Guests are not allowed to bring dogs. pay • On the day of your departure you will find the outstanding amount in your self-service area (see keyword -> self-service area), which you can pay there directly via PayPal. Fire protection • When setting up vehicles and tents, a distance of 300cm must be maintained to ensure fire protection. The routes must be accessible to the fire brigade at all times (500cm route width). We ask that you leave everything clean and complete so that other guests can also enjoy it. • Please use your own cloths, dishwashing brushes, tea towels, etc. For hygiene reasons we cannot provide these. Chalets • Our chalets are designed and equipped for two, four and six people. The bedroom is equipped with a bed measuring 140 x 200cm and the other two rooms with two beds measuring 70 x 190cm. • All beds are made upon arrival. • There is one large and one small towel per person. A basic supply of toilet paper, facial tissues, soap dispensers and a hairdryer are available. • All chalets have a gas hob and a small fridge. The ovens and the professional hooded dishwasher in the camper kitchen in shower house 3 are welcome to use. • The kitchen in the chalet is equipped with a toaster, coffee machine, kettle as well as cutlery, dishes and glasses, pots and various kitchen utensils. • Dogs are only allowed in the corresponding chalets. Allowing wastewater to seep away is not permitted. • For the disposal of faeces, there is a chemical toilet in each shower house and the CamperClean in shower house 3. • Please note that your cassette is automatically emptied, cleaned and filled with a biodegradable sanitary liquid in an environmentally friendly and resource-saving manner. Campfires are permitted at the official campfire site. Further information is available at reception. Hooded dishwasher • In the camper kitchen in shower house 3 there is a professional appliance for washing your dishes and cookware. • The dishwasher takes some time to be ready for use. When the time comes, it will be displayed. • Please place your dishes in the baskets provided and first rinse off any coarse dirt and food residue using the hand shower on the sink. • Now open the hood, push the basket into the washing compartment and close the hood. The machine starts immediately. • DANGER! Please do not add detergent under any circumstances. The machine has everything it needs. • Depending on the program, the rinsing process takes a maximum of five minutes. • The machine indicates when it is finished. Please only open the hood then. • The dishes can be removed and returned to their place. dogs • Three socially acceptable dogs (excluding dangerous dogs within the meaning of Section 7 of the Lower Dog Act) per pitch and in the chalets provided for this purpose are welcome on our campsite. • Dear dog owners, please remember that there are many children and adults who are afraid of dogs. Please only keep your dog on a leash and do not let him run free, not even on your pitch. • Dog fences may only be set up after consultation. • If your dog does its business on the campsite, please remove it immediately. Rest periods • The peace and quiet of our guests is particularly important to us. If you disturb the night's sleep, we will unfortunately be forced to expel you. • The quiet times are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The rest times must be observed in the interest of all guests. • Vehicle traffic on the site should be avoided during this time. You can make an emergency call using the emergency call button at reception. If there is an urgent reason to leave the site during the rest period, this is of course possible after consultation with the local campsite management or if there is imminent danger. To do this, please press the info button at reception Sauna / wellness area • The sauna with relaxation room and terrace are located in the shower house • Children and young people under the age of 18 are only allowed to enter the rooms under the supervision and guidance of an adult accompanying them. The door from the hallway of the service house to the wellness area must be kept closed. • The use of the sauna is the guest's own responsibility. There is no supervision or guidance from the operator. • The guest is responsible for assessing his abilities and state of health when using the sauna. • A red call button for help in an emergency is located inside the sauna. There is no emergency if the code for the lockers is forgotten. In this case, please call 05143 / 6661803 or 0172 / 1508357 during reception opening hours. • There is no dress code. • We ask that you do not let children play in the showers unsupervised while you are visiting the sauna. On the one hand, the risk of accidents is high and, on the other hand, the water consumption is immense. Swimming pond • The special thing about our swimming pond is the water treatment. There are no chemicals or chlorine used because the water is treated in a natural way according to the latest standards. • A balanced system with special gravel substrates, special plant filters and modern pump technology guarantees very good water quality with high hygienic standards. The natural swimming pond combines clear, clean water that doesn't sting your eyes with the comfort of a familiar swimming pool. • If bathing water is not disinfected, an increased risk to human health from pathogens cannot be ruled out. This risk increases as bathing activity increases. • The water depth in the swimmers' area is a maximum of 1.35 m and is 21 m long. This makes the pond also suitable for athletic swimmers. • Bathing is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard. • Children under 15 are only permitted to stay if accompanied by their parents. • The entrance gate must be kept closed at all times to prevent children from being unsupervised. Self-service area for managing the booking Immediately after your booking you will receive an email from us with the reservation confirmation. This email contains the link to the self-service area. There you can manage your payments and order your fresh bread rolls for the first or all days of your vacation in good time before the start of your trip. Cancellation fees The following cancellation fees apply to all bookings and all booking options: • For cancellations up to 43 days before arrival: processing fee of 15.00 euros • for cancellations 42 to 29 before arrival: 25 percent of the confirmed total price, • for cancellations 28 to 15 days before arrival: 50 percent of the confirmed total price, • for cancellations 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80 percent of the confirmed total price, • For cancellations 2 days before arrival up to the booked arrival day: 90 percent of the confirmed total price. The decisive factor for determining the time of cancellation is the time at which we receive the declaration of cancellation. You are free to provide proof that the claim did not arise or did not arise to the required amount, for example as a result of the property being re-rented in whole or in part. Water taps Water taps may not be changed for reasons of hygiene. The fittings must not be fitted with attachments. Disposing of wastewater at the water points is strictly prohibited. Violations can lead to expulsion. Laundry washing/drying • The washing machines and dryers are located in each shower house. • The machines can be used either via the app: appwash from Miele. This requires downloading the app, registering and topping up credit. The availability of the devices can be checked in advance directly from the parking space. It is possible to book a machine at a specific desired time. Payment is made via the app and any unused credit will be refunded. • Or the machine can be selected and booked directly at the terminal in the laundry room. Payment is made by debit/credit card as well as contactless via smartphone, smartwatch, etc. RVs Motorhomes are permitted on all pitches. RV port The motorhome port in front of the barrier is reserved for short vacationers with motorhomes for one or two nights. The parking spaces can also be accessed outside of the barrier opening times if you have booked online. The infrastructure of the entire square is available for you to use. tent meadow Bicycles can be taken to the campsite. If you arrive by car, we ask you to book a parking space in front of the barrier (3.50 euros/day) Additional tents on the pitch Setting up additional tents on a pitch is only possible by arrangement.
